How it works

- Sign the service agreement and the authorised representative mandate.
- We prepare documents and register; for steps you must do yourself (such as LUCID) we guide you live.
- You receive registration numbers and mandate copies, and we update your product pages and terms of sale.
- We remind you before each annual report and renewal.

Questions
Are you an EU authorised representative?
No. Roles that must be held by an EU-based entity (GPSR responsible person, German and French authorised representatives) are filled by partner firms, and you sign the mandate with them directly. We handle coordination, documents, registrations and store page changes.
How long does it take?
LUCID registration usually takes a day; mandates take effect within days of signing. WEEE and battery registration wait on Stiftung EAR review, typically a few weeks.
We only sell on Amazon. Do we need this?
Amazon pays some French EPR fees for sellers without identifiers, but GPSR, German packaging and WEEE registration remain the seller’s obligations. The service is built for own-store sellers and works for marketplace sellers too.
