网站无障碍声明怎么写

为什么要有

欧盟无障碍法案要求服务提供者说明服务怎样满足无障碍要求，网店通常用无障碍声明来披露。美国 ADA 没有强制要求声明，但和解协议常常包含这一项，有声明和反馈渠道也说明你在认真处理。

应该写什么

• 目标标准：WCAG 2.1 AA
• 目前的状况：完全符合、部分符合，还是正在整改
• 已知问题和计划修复的时间
• 采取的措施：定期检测、人工测试、员工培训等
• 反馈方式：邮箱或表单，以及多久内回复
• 最后更新日期
